Rearcross 'A' came through this Tournament fixture against an understrength Kilcommon team, Rearcross made the early running and raced in to a two nil lead with a double strike from Darren Quigley in the 14th and 22nd minute respectively with the first goal being of particular class, Nigel Ryan then put Rearcross three nil ahead with a well taken goal in the 37th minute, Leo Ryan pulled a goal back for Kilcommon on 44 minutes, however Rearcross stood firm and progressed to the semi-final of the Tournament.
